Sales Engineer (E&E)

Location: Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Report directly to the Sales Manager and Sales Director.

• Drive sales growth for the company.

• Manage existing client relationships while developing new accounts.

• Collaborate in creating and executing effective sales strategies.

• Prepare timely sales reports and forecasts.

• Carry out tasks assigned by the Sales Manager or Sales Director.

• Work independently with minimal supervision, while managing pressure effectively.

• Assist in overseeing the estimator department to ensure on-time quotations.

• Perform other duties as required by management.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, though fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written) is essential due to regular communication with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

• Multiple positions are available.
