Personal Assistant (KL)
- Salary RM3,000-RM4,000
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Selangor
Job Descriptions:
- Manage and organize calendars, meetings, and appointments
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, reports, and other relevant documents
- Assist with travel arrangements, including bookings and itineraries
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Run occasional personal or office-related errands
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the manager
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters
- Support senior management with day-to-day administrative duties
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or degree holders preferred
- 1 -2 years of working experience in office Administration, or similar role.
- Good English oral and written communication skills.
- Strong eagerness to learn and grow
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn
- Able to work independently and proactive
