Sales Engineer (Automation)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts through strong relationship building and regular virtual engagement.
• Drive sales growth by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable product solutions.
• Achieve sales targets, profitability goals, and customer retention objectives.
• Lead pricing negotiations, contract renewals, and strategic planning with key clients.
• Maintain accurate customer data and provide regular updates on account activity and market trends.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align on customer requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market development.
• Stay informed on customer trends and share insights to support strategic decisions.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical disciplines.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in key account management, technical sales, or related business functions.
• Familiarity with automation solutions, industrial components, or technical products
• Great communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel
