Customer Service Manager (FMCG)
- Salary RM10,000 - RM13,000
Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor
Job Descriptions:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the customer service team to meet performance goals.
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure prompt, effective resolution.
- Oversee master data and pricing management using global tools such as SAP S/4HANA and Salesforce (SFA).
- Monitor and analyze KPIs to identify and implement process improvements.
- Train and develop team members to enhance service quality and knowledge.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Report on performance metrics and take corrective action to meet service targets.
- Contribute to customer-focused strategies and provide feedback for product enhancements.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 7-8 years of working experience in a customer service management role, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in customer service software and CRM systems
