IT Sales Executive (Fresh Grads Welcome)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Prospect new prospects with cold calls, social media, face-to-face meetings, video conferencing, and email marketing.
• Sell to resellers, distributors, outsourcers, and manufacturers.
• Maintain positive relationships with VARs, resellers, distributors, outsourcers, and manufacturers.
• Generate consistent hardware sales in designated territory.
• Provide prompt and efficient customer care to handle client difficulties.
• Coordinate with Operations department to ensure orders are shipped, received, and billed correctly.
• Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and engineering departments to ensure timely shipments and deliveries.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and assist with ad hoc projects related to company operations.

Job Requirements:

• Education: A bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, marketing, or a similar discipline is typically necessary.
• Technical Knowledge: A fundamental understanding of IT products and services is required.
• Customer Focus: Understanding customers’ needs and proposing solutions that meet them.
