Supply Chain & Procurement Manager (F&B)

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for overseeing and managing the company’s overall supply chain strategy and operations to maximize process efficiency and productivity (purchasing, planning, inventory management, and Logistics).
• Plan, develop and implement the overall supply chain strategy
• Overseeing the sourcing, purchasing, and negotiation of goods, materials, and services required for the organization
• Managing relationships with suppliers, evaluating their performance, and ensuring timely delivery of quality goods.
• Developing and implementing strategies to optimize procurement processes, minimize costs, and improve efficiency.
• Coordinating the transportation and distribution of goods to ensure timely delivery and minimize costs.
• Lead a team to ensure maximum productivity and achieve high performance standards
• Prepare budget planning and cost monitoring for the department
• Conduct data analysis for inventory management and planning.
• Actively participate in process improvements
• Ensure operational compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Applicant must possess Degree in Business Management/ Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• At least 6-7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Applicants with experience in Procurement/SCM with F&B will have added advantage
• Team player who can lead, manage, train, and motivate subordinates to achieve high performance operations
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
