Embedded Software Developer

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Create and develop public address, networking, communications, and information display systems for railway on-trains.
• Take part in product planning tasks such defining requirements, implementing designs, and proving concepts.
• Create and design monitoring systems for data analytics applications.
• Allow for current firmware change and feature improvement
• Assist members of the development team in defining and recording the software design and requirements, making sure that the requirements can be followed throughout the design and implementation process.
• Verify that the engineering procedures and coding standards are followed throughout implementation.

Job Requirements:

• At least Bachelor’s Degree in electronics engineering, computer science, or computer engineering
• Five years or more of C++ expertise. strong grasp of data structures, STL, multi-threaded programming, and object-oriented concepts.
• Expertise in TCP, UDP, and multicast protocol network programming.
• A solid grasp of best practices and guiding concepts in cybersecurity.
• Knowledge of network topologies and routing protocols.
• Expertise in developing embedded applications with Linux operating systems on X86 and ARM-based platforms
• Programming skills for digital input/output, CANBus, i2c, and RS232/485 serial protocols.

Extra Capabilities:

• Demonstrated proficiency with unit testing techniques
• Expertise in creating Qt/QML graphical user interfaces
• Knowledge of WiFi stacks or 5G
