Business Excellence Manager

What you will experience in this role:

• Improve Processes: Identify, assess, and streamline current business operations to remove inefficiencies, cut costs, and enhance overall productivity. Implement proven methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen to drive sustainable enhancements throughout the organization.
• Analyze Process Workflows: Evaluate and document existing business processes by creating comprehensive process maps, flowcharts, and diagrams. Identify blockages, repetitions, and areas for enhancement within workflows. Collaborate with stakeholders to validate and refine process maps in line with organizational objectives.
• Encourage Innovation: Question traditional norms and assumptions to foster creativity and continuous improvement. Spot opportunities to introduce new perspectives and solutions, creating an environment that supports imaginative problem-solving and opens doors to increased efficiency and effectiveness.
• Facilitate Team Collaboration: Act as a liaison between different teams and departments to comprehend their requirements, gather insights, and devise solutions. Foster strong working relationships to ensure the successful implementation of process improvement initiatives.
• Training and Support: Design and deliver training programs to educate employees on new procedures, tools, and methodologies. Offer ongoing guidance and assistance to teams to guarantee smooth adoption and adherence to process enhancements.
• Manage Projects: Strategize, execute, and oversee process improvement projects, ensuring compliance with timelines and budgets. Coordinate with project stakeholders, monitor progress, and provide reports on project outcomes.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Green Belt) is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in continuous improvement or a related field.
• Proven experience in process improvement, business excellence, or related roles.
• Proven ability to lead and manage change
