Digital Transformation Senior Executive

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Job Descriptions:

• Provide initial operational assistance to internal users, supporting internal workflow systems and dashboards.
• Manage entire projects encompassing analytical reports and dashboards from start to finish.
• Aid in data administration and upkeep within the ERP system.
• Create problem-solving solutions based on thorough analysis and effective use of gathered information.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on the implementation of new procedures and solutions.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum educational requirement includes a Diploma/Advanced Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is required, with additional knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, and Sharepoint.
• Competence in transforming data into insights using analytical tools like Power BI.
• Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently, proactively, and effectively.
• Outstanding logical and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
