Power BI Specialist (Hybrid)

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Job Descriptions:

• Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI (advanced DAX, dataflows, datasets, datamarts).
• Work with product owners to design and implement new features or improvements.
• Analyze current BI systems and suggest improvements or strategic roadmaps.
• Support development, configuration, and testing of BI solutions.
• Quickly deliver POCs and MVP dashboards using Agile methods.
• Ensure all solutions follow best practices for performance, maintainability, scalability, security, and UI/UX.
• Deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Promote reusability of data components and minimize redundancies.
• Train and support local teams to adopt BI tools effectively.
• Assist in user support setup and help develop advanced analytics or data-driven use cases.
• Collaborate with other digital teams (automation, applications, etc.) to deliver complete solutions.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Degree in IT, Data Science, or related field.
• Open for Diploma with additional relevant certificate.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in data analysis, modeling, and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to communicate with business and technical teams.
• Knowledge of database structures, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
• Self-driven, team player, and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
