Systems Support Engineer (Internal)

Location: Nusajaya, Johor Bahru

Job Descriptions:

• Offer technical assistance, troubleshooting, and system configuration for our in-house system.
• Work alongside IT teams to pinpoint and address system issues while optimizing system performance.
• Provide assistance for the Supply Chain system, encompassing functions like Receiving, Inventory management, Warehouse operations, and logistics modules.
• Perform system testing, validation, and documentation, and assist in investigating the root causes of issues, as well as implementing remedies.
• Deliver training to end-users and engage in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Collaborate closely with developers from our European team to coordinate system upgrades and accommodate change requests.

Job Requirements:

• This requirement is exclusive to Malaysian citizens.
• Possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in fields such as ICT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Enterprise System Management, or Supply Chain Management is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in System and Application Support is required.
• Proficiency in a programming language is essential.
• Familiarity with databases (MongoDB or SQL), cloud systems (AWS), virtualization, and analytical skills would be beneficial.
