Dentist

Location: Multiple Location (Johor and Klang Valley) 

Job Descriptions:

• Carry out routine dental maintenance, curative, and restorative procedures.
• Examine teeth and use equipment like x-rays to diagnose dental issues in individuals.
• Perform the majority of dental procedures, including oral surgery (tooth extraction), teeth whitening, dental prophylaxis, endodontic (root canal) therapy, restorative (crowns, bridges, dental restorations), prosthodontic (crown/bridge, dentures), and periodontal (gum) therapy.
• Evaluate available treatments and come to treatment agreements with patients.
• Create patient treatment programs.
• Perform clinical procedures as directed, such as treating gum disease and repairing teeth that have decayed.
• Keep track of dental records for patients and do other office-related tasks.
• Give them pre-medication and/or local anesthetic to reduce their level of pain during treatments.
• As necessary, provide medications such as antibiotics and pain relievers after dental treatments.
• Determine and record all relevant dental billing data, including diagnoses, treatments, anomalies, and so on.
• Organizes clinic operations and provides dental assistant training.
• Takes accountability for professional growth and clinical proficiency

Job Requirements:

• Degree in the field of Dentistry recognised by the Government from any local institutions of higher learning or equivalent qualification; AND
• Registered with the Malaysia Dental Council.
