Quantity Surveyor Executive

Location: Klang, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans for construction projects.
• Review drawings and specifications to identify project requirements and conduct feasibility studies to estimate material, labour, and project timeline costs.
• Prepare and issue tender documents, evaluate and compare tender submissions from contractors, and participate in contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
• Draft, review, and administer contracts to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions. Manage contract variations, claims, and dispute resolution processes.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and budgets.
• Prepare regular financial and progress reports, including cost analysis, forecasting, and tracking of project variations and scope changes.
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 1-2 years of working experience in quantity surveying or construction management.
• Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and meticulousness.
• Ability to work independently, positive attitude, and a good team player.
• Must be able to travel on-site (Occasionally)
