IT Support – (IT Project Management)

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Project Schedule Coordination:
• a. Support project coordination and implementation efforts.
• b. Maintain the safekeeping of project documentation.
• Collaborate with users to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
• Ensure that user needs are addressed as the project evolves.
• Monitor project progress, maintain project status tracking, and address any project-related issues.
• Effectively manage project budgets, encompassing CAPEX and OPEX, in accordance with project milestones.
• Offer end-user support and troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues.
• Responsively address service issues and requests in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or it equivalent.
• IT Infrastructures, Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Cyber Security
• Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience
• Multilingual & good communication skills
• Ability to lead projects and ensure completion of multi-projects.
