Travel & Expenses (T&E) Associate Analyst (Mandarin Speaker)

Location: Damansara, PJ

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for conducting timely and accurate checks on employee claims, ensuring alignment with company policies, supporting documentation, procedures, and external regulations.
• Documenting all compliance assessments during claim processing using the Concur system to maintain a clear record of activities.
• Validating and reviewing expense reports submitted by employees to ensure adherence to country-specific Travel and Expense (T&E) policies and providing user support to enhance satisfaction and productivity.
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation related to business systems and processes to ensure they remain up to date and in compliance with ethical standards and company policies.
• Continuously improving and standardizing the global T&E audit process, recording incidents, proposing corrective actions, and collaborating with the team lead to address operational issues and escalations while offering suggestions for tool enhancements and process refinements.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Those who possess 1-2 years of work experience is an added advantage.
• Good communication skill and able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (oral and written).
• Working experience in a shared service centre across a global /large organization will be an added advantage.
• Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP or other ERP systems.
• Inquisitive, investigative with critical thinking and good problem-solving skills.
• May need to work globally across time zones and cultures.
