Project Manager-Proposal (Packaging & Beverage Manufacturing)

Location: Subang Jaya, Puchong, Shah Alam

Job Descriptions:

• Safety and Environmental Compliance (H&SE): Ensure that all necessary health, safety, and environmental standards are adhered to throughout the project’s lifecycle. Develop and implement H&SE plans before project commencement.
• Quality Assurance (Quality): Guarantee that project deliverables meet predefined specifications right from the outset. Ensure that project scope and specifications are meticulously defined.
• Cost Management (Cost): Manage project expenses diligently to ensure that all project deliverables, including on-site activities, are completed within the budgeted cost.
• Timely Delivery (Delivery): Oversee the timely completion of project deliverables, making certain they align with the project schedule.
• Ensure that all relevant statutory and regulatory conditions are met, in line with company corporate values, governance, and processes.
• Develop and implement risk assessments and response plans for critical projects. Take responsibility for managing and mitigating risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead, support, and coach your assigned team, fostering their competence development and utilization. Remove obstacles that hinder your team’s progress.
• Assist the team in managing scope changes while preserving the project’s defined objectives and benefits. Resolve conflicts that may arise during the project.
• Provide regular and punctual reports to stakeholders and coordinate technical issue escalations with Global Product Support.
• Monitor and ensure the regular updating of company Project systems, including SAP milestones, GIB, SINCRO, and OPD.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic)
• MI-PMP certification would be advantageous.
• At least 6 years of experience in project management in the food and beverage industry.
• Knowledge of Company Portfolio and Systems design would be a valuable asset.
• Familiarity with installation and commissioning scope and associated challenges.
• Proficiency in managing project financials.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
