Trade Marketing Executive (FMCG)

Location: Damansara, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Develop and execute trade marketing strategies aligned with overall brand objectives, targeting key trade partners and channels.
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop effective trade promotions, incentives, and point-of-sale materials.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the trade landscape.
• Monitor trade marketing campaign performance, analyzing data to drive continuous improvement and optimize ROI.
• Build and nurture relationships with trade partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to maximize trade marketing impact.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Trade Marketing Executive or similar role, preferably in FMCG industry
• Strong understanding of trade marketing principles and strategies, with a track record of successful campaign execution.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with trade partners.
• Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret market data and derive actionable insights.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
