Human Resource Manager

Location: Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Subang, Kajang, Bangi, Serdang, Puchong

Job Descriptions:

• HR Manager role for local PLC
• Reporting to GM. To work together with 2 to 3 executives
• Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & development, C&B Management
• Industrial relation, employee engagement.
• Assist HR Senior Manager in administrative & operational of HR department and company
• Develop, implement & execute of HR program & activities
• Facilitate good communication among different levels of staffs
• Structured HR organization, HR System and Good Practises in Multinational companies
• Good platform for HR Career development. Mentor ship and growth opportunity
• Drive KPI for entire company
• Location Puchong or Kajang or Kota Kemuning or Kota Damansara

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Strong Recruitment, Performance Management, Training & IR experience will be an advantage
• Preferably manager or assistant manager specializing in Human Resources for manufacturing company
• 4 Full-Time Positions available.
