Junior IT Executive

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Provide 1st and 2nd-level help resolving hardware and software/application issues.
• Ensure that different IT security patches and firmware for networks, servers, and other devices are deployed on time
• Create an effective monitoring tool to track the health of servers and network devices.
• Manage and coordinate with outsourcing suppliers to ensure services delivered meet SLA for infrastructure service and end-user support. For example, examine and confirm that issue case logs are addressed.
• The ability to provide recommendations to enhance the overall operations and efficiency of the applications to fulfill current and future business requirements.
• Maintain and maintain IT assets to guarantee an accurate asset inventory.
• Perform ad hoc IT activities as assigned by the manager occasionally.

Job Requirements:

• A candidate having a diploma or degree in information technology or a similar field.
• At least 1 year of IT experience
• Candidates must be familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, and Excel).
• SAP knowledge will be advantageous.
• The ability to multitask and operate alone with minimal supervision.
• The candidate must have their transport to work.
