Commercial Data Analyst (MNC Pharmaceutical)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Manage all aspects of data processing/mining (mappings, links, cleaning, harmonizing, etc)
• Analyze relevant commercial data (call, sales, Segmentation & Targeting, etc) and provide relevant business insight/expertise for data analytics and insight generation.
• Liaise with local affiliates or regional teams to provide appropriate business insights and priorities and address issues with solutions
• Prepare report and analysis to support business discussion and decision-making with insights aligned with affiliate and region
• Manage reporting timeline to provide accurate and timely delivery to commercial teams
• Database maintenance
• To perform routine validation on availability and accuracy, raise issues, communicate with troubleshooting IT personnel, follow up on the progress, keep track of a list
• Prepare necessary documentation related to dashboards

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor Degree in Business or other relevant qualification
• 4-5 years of relevant working experience in data analytics and data mining
• Able to effectively analyse and interpret data and present recommendations.
• Strong competency with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint. Knowledge of PowerBI Visualization Dashboard skills is an advantage.
• Excellent oral and written English communication, capable of making effective presentations.
• Problem-solving, driven, resourceful
• Experience working with a business intelligence system, excel, reporting
