Admin Executive

  • Salary RM3,500 - RM4,500

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya

Job Descriptions:

  • Support daily administrative and coordination tasks.
  • Handle customer queries via email or phone call.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports.
  • Perform data entry and database management in the system and update in the Excel.
  • Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing campaigns
  • Communicate and maintain good relationships with clients
  • Updating project cost forecast and monitoring project costing alignment with the invoices.
  • Prepare agreement, invoices, and credit notes.
  • Prepare monthly reports and KPI trackers report.
  • Follow up on the invoices from suppliers.
  • Ensure every project documentation sign-off and filling.
  • Support any ad-hoc tasks and assignments/projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Internship experience related to administrative task will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and SAP is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Training will be provided.
