Senior Customer Service Specialist

Location: Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya

Job Descriptions:

• Handle customer and stakeholder inquiries and complaints efficiently and effectively
• Ensure all customer orders, bookings and invoices are processed accurately and efficiently
• Effectively manage orders, consignment inventory, liaising with product specialists, hospital staff and warehouse to maintain stock availability
• Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborating across multiple departments

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in related studied field
• 4-5 years working experience in Customer Service and/or Order Processing role
• Applicants with Cross-Functional Experience (internal & external to the Customer Service Organization)
• SAP system
• Proficiency in written and oral communications
• Good in Microsoft office and PC skills
