Senior Shipping Executive (5 days)

Location: Tebrau, Pasir Gudang, Johor

Job Descriptions:

• To manage shipping documents (Invoices, packing list, bill of lading, Certificate of Origin)
• Work closely with shipping liner, forwarding agent, transporters, Purchasing and Production department.
• To coordinate both import and export shipment (Airfreight/Seafreight)
• To coordinate and keep track of the delivery status from suppliers.
• To ensure all the shipments comply with MIDA, MITI, and custom exemption.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree Holder in Business Admin/Supply chain/Logistic/Shipping or any equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Shipping/Supply chain/Logistic related working experience (Manufacturing).
• Good understanding of the relevant laws and regulations. (MIDA, MITI and Customs Exemption, Import arrangement).
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
