Senior QC Engineer/ Assistant Manager (Electrical Manufacturing)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• To inspect and analyze the defective.
• To repair and analyses, control of defective parts of buffer stock.
• To make report and summary of the production reject.
• Feedback to supplier if found any parts defected.
• To follow up supplier corrective action report and improvement of supplier quality.
• To carry out callibration of measuring instruments.
• Support and attend SIRIM Audit
• Prepare monthly quality report – Defective rate in process and market, analyse the defects and propose counter measure, follow up to supplier countermeasure and evaluate effectiveness.
• Support for carry out testing and evaluation for problem parts.
• Support new product development.
• Improvement of QC Documents.
• Prepare Outgoing Inspection Report to Customer.
• Support Spare Parts Arrangement.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical & Electronic or Manufacturing Engineering).
• Preferable 4 to 5 years of working experience in Quality Management in Electrical Manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge in ISO Quality Management system.
• Good in leadership and communication skill.
• Full-Time positions available.
