Finance Executive (Inventory & Fixed Asset)

Location: Selangor

Job Descriptions:

Accounts Receivables

• Daily reconciliation of demand/shipped sales by item for all branches
• Pull & check Yatai Interface from LX on a daily basis
• Prepare and key/upload journals

Inventory

• Key in PO for inventory and complete invoice matching.
• Assist in weekly inventor-roll forwarded.
• Prepare Markup Inventory report
• Prepare the calculation month-end end PPV
• Prepare and key in inventory journals
• Prepa month-end end report (royalties report, inventory trend report, inventory movement report & COGS monthly report)
• Participate in the stock count on a quarterly basis on a rotation basis.

Fixed Asset Management and Others

• Support/ initiate process improvement to increase efficiency.
• Responsible for any ad-hoc task as assigned by management as and when required.
• Backup for Daily sales report.
