Technical Sales Executive

Location: Puchong / Kulim

Job Descriptions:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored product or service solutions
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Stay updated on product knowledge and deliver effective presentations and demonstrations
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses
• Share insights and recommendations to enhance sales strategies and results
• Collaborate with the marketing team on integrated campaigns and promotional materials
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to support product and service improvements
• Communicate customer insights to internal teams for continuous development
• Lead negotiations and close sales agreements with customers
• Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and relevant regulations

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience in marketing or a similar role
• Proven track record in executing marketing strategies and campaigns
• Solid understanding of market research, data analysis, and statistical techniques
• Strong knowledge of marketing best practices and strategic planning principles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media platforms is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Creative, commercially aware, and analytical in problem-solving
• Self-motivated, dynamic, and a fast learner with a proactive attitude
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
