Senior Sales Manager (Automation)

Location: Bangi, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Promote automation and control products across targeted markets.
• Manage product marketing and develop market access strategies for key System Integrators (SI), OEMs, and End Users.
• Lead the team in driving solution enhancements.
• Provide technical product guidance and solutions across various customer levels.
• Collaborate with product suppliers to align offerings with local market needs.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new market segments.
• Coordinate with the sales team and customers to support principals in long-term sales planning based on market trends

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Engineering, preferably in Electrical or Electronics.
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial automation sales or marketing.
• Strong knowledge of automation systems, drives, and related components.
• Willing to travel as required and must own a vehicle.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Team-oriented and results-driven.
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese.
• Computer literate.
