Sales Admin

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Contact customers to share tender details, explain the value, and ensure they understand and receive all documents.
• Handle and resolve any repair-related queries or complaints received from customer.
• Respond to customer questions on pricing, discounts, scheduling, and tender details.
• Work closely with Maintenance Technicians and Supervisors to validate and follow up on repair sales leads, tenders, and orders.
• Convert sales leads into tenders based on contract coverage and customer needs.
• Follow up with customers to check on their decisions and secure the order.
• Create service/work orders once the job is confirmed.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Good communication in English with internal departments and external customers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
