Assistant Engineer/Engineer (Production)

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Manage and oversee production planning activities.
• Monitor production output to ensure efficiency, achievement of targets, and consistent product quality.
• Supervise a team of supervisors and operators within the section.
• Ensure all procedures and daily operations comply with established standards and protocols.
• Identify and resolve issues to improve work methods and operational procedures.
• Ensure continuous compliance with quality, environmental, safety, and 5S standards in the workplace.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science – Chemistry, Material Science, Organic Chemistry, Applied Science and etc.
• 1-2 years relevant experience in manufacturing industry. Fresh graduates are considered.
• Good English and Malay communication skills.
• Responsible, committed and positive work attitude with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
