Receptionist cum Administrator

  • Salary RM2,500 - RM3,000

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

  • Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
  • Update calendars and schedule driver’s trips.
  • Arrange lunch menu for the staffs.
  • Support finance department (Raise Purchase Order, Process Invoices)
    • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
    • Perform all other ad hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Business Studies / Administration Management or relevant.
  • 1-2 years experience.
  • Fresh graduate is welcome.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
