Logistics Executive (MNC)

Location: Bandar Sunway, Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams for daily planning and routing of outbound shipments.
• Keeps track of Proof of Delivery documents and perform ship confirmation in the system.
• Coordinate and communicate with the teams and internal contacts regarding service and cost concerns.
• Follow up and monitor customer requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers for inbound shipping planning; arrange delivery dates and quantities, and check inventory and costs.
• Involved in ERP migration preparation activities.
• Assist in strategic network design projects to improve service and control cost.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Business Studies / Supply Chain Management / Order Management or equivalent background.
• 1-3 years of working experience.
• Fresh Graduate encourage to apply.
• Proficient with MS Office, primarily Excel and Word
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive decisions and build consensus among stakeholders.
