Global Business Support Analyst – Data Analyst

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Conduct and build Business Intelligence reports and analyses
• Aid in the seamless integration of new reporting projects into service, ensuring the availability of necessary supporting documentation.
• Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to address any technical issues affecting services.
• Undertake any spontaneous activities or projects related to the support of our services.
• Engage in initiatives to enhance the automation of services.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in a technical IT discipline/Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Preferably candidate with working experience of 2-3 years in similar role/scope.
• Good in spoken and written English.
• Independent and can also work well in a team.
• Support call centre or similar customer-facing experience.
