IT Application Support

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Application troubleshooting and reporting.
• Possess expertise in business operating systems and RPA solution design. Provide solutions.
• Engage in global enhancement discussions with overseas sites.
• Leading the operation team to achieve effective and efficient operations.
• Expert in RPA solutions for tasks automation.
• System master maintenance.
• Report generation and massaging.
• Monitoring the system and dealing with any errors discovered.
• Implement PDCA to improve operations.
• Provide solutions/ideas for improving business operation flow/productivity.
• Search for new tools and equipment to help business operations.

Job Requirements:

• Requirements for this position include a diploma or degree in IT, 1-2 years of work experience, and understanding of troubleshooting.
• Ability to analyze data and plan effectively.
• Reporting skill
• Logical reasoning.
• Working experience in RPA (UI Path), planning and design architecture, and IT support solutions (preferred).
• Fluent in English, Malaysian, and Mandarin.
