Operations Manager (F&B Chain/Retail)

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Job Descriptions:

• To enhance and optimize the performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability of both departmental and organizational operations by implementing effective methods and strategies.
• To propel the outlet’s performance and establish robust systems and processes, aiming for Operational Excellence in terms of both efficiency and effectiveness.
• Continuous review of working methods and implementation of best practices to achieve shared business objectives and foster sustainable organizational growth.
• Concentrate on overseeing people management to cultivate and nurture the operation team’s competency, all the while upholding overall employee satisfaction and engagement.
• Collaborate with various departments to secure the essential support required to attain the center of excellence.
• Managing operational concerns and challenges while overseeing and enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
• Creating and executing operational procedures and policies.

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Business Management or equivalent.
• At least 5-6 years of working experience in a F&B Chain Stores Operations Management.
• Good communication skills and able to work with all levels of people.
• Effective decision-making abilities and adept handling of high-pressure situations.
• Proficiency in handling details and addressing time-sensitive matters.
• Outstanding interpersonal communication and organizational skills for effectively coordinating project activities.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Possess a positive attitude and team player.
