GBS Business Support Team Analyst

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Continuously generate BI reports and analyses that are currently operational.
• Aid in the integration of new reporting projects into the service, ensuring the presence of relevant supporting documentation.
• Act as a liaison between IT and business teams to address any technical issues affecting services.
• Engage in occasional tasks or projects related to supporting our services.
• Participate in initiatives to enhance the automation of services.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum requirement is a bachelor’s degree in a technical IT discipline, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, or equivalent.
• Candidates with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role/scope are preferred.
• Familiarity with specific tools such as SQL, Power BI, and MicroStrategy is advantageous.
• Possesses proficiency in software systems development, particularly in BI
• Reporting, with a solid grasp of data structures.
• Familiarity with SAP is a beneficial skill.
• A background in finance or accounting is considered advantageous.
