Data Process Specialist/ Data Automation Specialist

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Develop and implement automated country dashboards detailing project numbers, belts, foundation completion, and cost savings.
• Utilize Automation Six Sigma for Quality Pareto analysis in the region.
• Establish a streamlined process with SL to drive Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and focus on continuous improvement.
• Automate weekly reports from Intelex on high near-miss incidents to notify countries of lessons learned, tracking resulting CAPA.
• Implement automation for concise accident notifications to countries, emphasizing lessons learned, triggered upon root cause determination.
• Introduce a sustainability dashboard aligned with key parameters supporting customer sustainability once defined.
• Ensure proactive management of Safety, Quality, and Environmental data processes, fostering continuous improvement and enhancing sustainability initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Candidates with a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology are welcome to apply, and fresh graduates are encouraged to do so. Training will be provided.
• Proficiency in developing dashboards.
• Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exposure to Power BI, Power Automate, or UiPath is a plus.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems is an additional advantage.
