Robotic Process Automation Developer (RPA) Specialist

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Design and develop RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business processes for automation.
• Configure, test, and deploy software robots to automate repetitive tasks, data entry, and rule-based processes.
• Identify processes with automation potential and actively engage in optimizing and simplifying existing process flows to maximize automation opportunities.
• Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for measuring and continually assessing the benefits of automated processes.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of deployed automation system, ensuring reliability and scalability.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems, Business Management System or related field.
• Experience in UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism / Power Automate.
• Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., C#, Python) and scripting.
• A dedicated team player with a can-do, results-driven attitude.
• RPA Certification is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication, with strong analytical skills, particularly in English.
