Data Management Associate (MNC Pharma)

Location: Petaling Jaya

Job Descriptions:

• Carry out assigned master data cleansing accurately
• To generate and analyze the data file, identify, and resolve issues
• Support the development/changes in systems, transactions and processes.
• Responsible for data quality, data accuracy, and data cleansing.
• Perform, validate, and troubleshoot data set to ensure that all required specifications are met.
• Support in system implementation and centralization activities
• Prepare and update process documentation aligned to data cleansing rules/ new processes, and provide training to help the team understand new data standards/ tools/ processes.
• To collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders.
• Ensure all data cleansing activities are in compliance.
• Adheres to data policies and procedures.
• Any other ad-hoc assignment according to business needs.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Management, Commerce/Marketing, Actuarial Science or equivalent.
• 5-6 years of working experience in Master Data Management / Data Cleansing/data mapping/data validation and data pattern analysis
• Pro-active, Energetic, Meticulous and strong in analytical skill
• Proficient in the use of the SAP system
• Strong proficiency in Excel(VBA and Power Query)
• Mature, self-motivated, multitasking, and able to work independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
