Order Management (Japanese Speaker)

Location:Petaling Jaya

Job Descriptions:

• Create and confirm customer orders in a timely manner.
• Monitor outstanding orders, and proactively manage customer expectations.
• Send shipping instruction and complete shipping documents to logistics service providers.
• To ensure the accuracy and timelines of the fulfillment. of outbound shipments.
• To generate billing
• Handle product related FOC orders, returns, credit and debit memos based on requests received from Affiliate and in accordance with the compliance.
• To ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet all compliance-related requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent
• 1-2 years working experience in order management with MNC or Shared Service.
• Fresh graduates is encourage to apply.
• Applicant must be able to read & write Japanese language
• Positive working attitude with a high degree of initiative and is adaptable to change.
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills
• Meticulous, flexibly and empathically to customer needs and effectively manage their expectations.
• Applicant with experience of SAP Module and MS Office Tools
