Senior Medical Information Associate (MNC Pharmaceutical)

Location: Petaling Jaya

Job Descriptions:

• Handle queries from customers by providing accurate and non-promotional information.
• Respond to questions with accurate and up-to-date information in a compassionate and professional manner.
• Accurately record all interactions into the required database.
• Escalate all inquiries without predefined answers according to defined processes.
• Ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
• Compliance.
• Other duties and special projects that are assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a scientific or health-related field.
• At least 3-4 years of working experience in the Medical field
• Excellent English language skills (comprehension, speaking, reading, and writing)
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills
• Computer literacy
• Multitasking and detail with good business acumen will be preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Good organization and time management skills
• Applicants must have International Exposure
