Sales Engineer (Smart Home System)

Location: Johor, Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang

Job Descriptions:

• Attend to customer enquiries about technical questions and advise on application
• Prepare the necessary documentations for carrying out implementation, commissioning and handover of the project to the relevant parties
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and after sales support to customers
• Respond to customer service requests to trouble shoot problems, take corrective actions and complete on-site repairs including testing of the systems
• Discuss and participate with Project Team members on service delivery improvements
• Sales visits, maintain customers database and update project status/activity reports

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM / Professional Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Fresh graduates / entry level applicants / those with at least 1 year(s) of working experience in related field are encouraged to apply.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively
• Self-motivated, aggressive, good communication skills and results oriented
