Application Engineer

Location: Penang, Shah Alam/Subang

Job Descriptions:

• Identify and develop potential clients for the company’s products or services.
• Drive further growth in Electric Automation and proactively looks for new opportunities.
• Recommend the right products or services to customers according to their needs and preferences.
• Provide onsite technical product training for customers during the installation.
• Determine customer requirements and identify potential problems that may arise with the product or service.
• Provide product information and demonstration to potential clients.
• Develop marketing campaigns for new products or services.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate prices with clients for new projects.
• Assists in training initiatives to train the Sales Engineers.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical) or a related field.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience is necessary.
• Experiences in the pneumatic/electrical product industry is an added advantage.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
