Order Management Specialist (O2C) – MNC SSC

Location: Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam/ Subang

Job Descriptions:

• Perform Sales Order and Delivery Order Management tasks.
• Contribute to development of customer relationships through proactive customer communication related to order management
• Coordinate with Credit Management, collections team, Billing and Accounts Receivable teams for follow-up
• Maintain Master Data to ensure effective order management
• Liaise closely with Import/Export teams for container booking, stuffing / unstuffing
• Handle customer complaints
• Project Involvement related to OTC (Order to Cash)
• Comply with the standard process and protocol
• Prepare reports

Job Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in any fields
• At least 3-4 year(s) of working experience in Order Processing/Order Management/Customer Service/Supply Chain with Shared Service Environment / MNC
• Applicants with hands on or indirect exposure to Export and Import processing
• Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities
• Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and meticulous.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, positive attitude, and a good team player
• Candidate with SAP is added advantage
• The candidate must be able to work in fast pace environment / MNC environment
• Full-Time/Contract & Immediate position(s) available
