Senior Buyer/Senior Purchasing Executive (Manufacturing)

Location: Johor Bahru, Johor

Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials from suppliers.
• Negotiate the best deal for pricing and supply contracts.
• Evaluate vendors’ performance from time to time.
• Follow up closely on the delivery status to meet the timeline given.
• Act as Window person to coordinate between internal and external on PO issuance, delivery, receiving and etc.
• To maintain records of purchases, pricing, and daily status update.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Supply Chain Management/Business Management or equivalent
• At least 2-3 years of working experience in Procurement/Purchasing.
• Applicants from Metal/Steel industry are added advantage
• Good communication skills and able to work with all level of people
• Possess a positive attitude and team player.
