Digital Marketing Specialist

  • Salary RM8,000 - RM10,000

Location: TTDI, Kuala Lumpur

Job Descriptions:

  • Create a comprehensive digital marketing plan to boost the brand’s digital presence and earn money through online channels.
  • Manage, track, and optimise digital activities like websites, social media marketing, digital adverts, e-commerce marketplace marketing, and email marketing.
  • Research industry trends and perform competition analysis
  • Work with brand marketing managers to provide compelling keyword-optimized content that connects with our target audience across many digital channels.
  • Manages the brand’s digital assets, ensuring that the material is up to date, fits the overall brand image, and follows the rules and best practices.
  • Inform brand marketing managers and the QA team about online reviews and comments.
  • Enhance the journey of distinct client life cycles and plan how to move them down the marketing funnel using the appropriate channels and messages.
  • Create, propose, and test new channels to meet corporate KPIs.
  • Manage and collaborate extensively with outside suppliers and affiliates on digital initiatives.
  • Ensure that marketing performance is monitored and data is gathered.
  • Analyze, produce and deliver campaign performance reports based on critical parameters and advise next steps to maximise efficiency and profitability.

 

Job Requirements:

1) Knowledge

  • Thorough grasp of marketing and the utilization of various digital platforms
  • A thorough awareness of various performance measurements, as well as the usage of analytics tools such as Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of market trends and best practices for running a successful campaign

2) Abilities

  • The ability to create reports, examine data, and offer valuable insights
  • Creative with an excellent sense of design to provide comments on content materials
  • Detail-oriented and structured to meet deadlines
  • Team player with excellent oral and written communication abilities
  • Proficiency in HTML, HTML 5, CSS, and WordPress expertise is an asset.

3) Work Experience

  • Proven experience executing effective and innovative digital campaigns via the website, social media, digital marketing, etc.
  • Have monitoring and data analysis expertise with Google Analytics, Social Media Insights, Google Keyword Planner, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Expertise in managing or establishing an e-commerce platform (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee) is an asset.
  • Understanding popular social networking sites such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok
