Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

  1. Training Needs Analysis: Assess organizational training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers to identify areas for skill development and performance improvement for all levels of field force and non-field force.
  2. Program Development & Delivery: Design, develop, and implement training programs tailored to the needs of the organization. This may include soft skills, technical skills, leadership training, compliance, and on boarding. For new field force on boarding, induction program, refresher workshop and in-field coaching are a priority.
  3. Training Materials & Resources: Create and maintain training materials, such as manuals, presentations, e-learning modules, and other resources, to ensure consistency and effectiveness across all training initiatives. Manage platforms like M-Learning and other relevant training platforms.
  4. Training Sessions: Facilitate in-person, virtual, or hybrid training sessions for employees at various levels, ensuring that the training is engaging, informative, and aligned with company objectives. Training sessions can also be applicable for external customers, including Pharmacists and Health Care Professionals.
  5. Performance Monitoring & Feedback: Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and post-training evaluations. Modify programs based on results and feedback to improve performance.
  6. Employee Development: Support employees in their ongoing professional development by offering coaching, mentorship, and opportunities for continuous learning. Execute and implement M-Support program for employees requiring improvements.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with department leaders to customize training programs for specific teams and business needs. Ensure alignment between training initiatives and company strategy.
  8. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of training activities, employee progress, and program outcomes. Provide regular reports to leadership on training metrics and impact.
  9. Compliance & Industry Standards: Ensure all training programs are compliant with legal, regulatory, and industry standards. Stay up to date on trends in training and development to continually improve offerings.
  10. Occasional travel may be required for on-site training sessions or workshops.
  11. Perform other tasks that may be assigned by management

 

Job Requirements:

  1. Degree in medical/pharmacy or related science subject (bio-medical/ biology) or equivalent;
  2. At least 3 years experience in design, delivery, and/or management of medical training/educational programs in the Pharmaceutical Industry;
  3. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to assess training effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  5. Strong experience with e-learning tools and learning management system.
  6. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  7. Experience with leader development and coaching is a plus. Candidate must possess at least a Degree or
