Technical Sales Engineer (Boiler & Combustion Systems)

Location: Puchong, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Develop existing and new customers to generate sales leads
• To market industrial burners, boilers, gas, and combustion system solutions
• Prepare, present technical and commercial proposals
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and technical briefings
• Negotiate, close deals, and drive revenue growth
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
• Proven technical sales experience in industrial sales OR strong engineering background with sales mindset. Minimum 3 years working experience.
• Knowledge in burners, boilers, gas, or combustion systems is a BIG advantage
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills
• Highly motivated, target-driven, and resilient
• Pleasant personality, positive and good attitude
• Willing to travel extensively
• Valid driving license
