Tax Executive

Location: Subang Jaya LRT

Job Descriptions:

• Assist in preparing accurate and timely management, tax, and financial reports.
• Support local and international tax reporting processes.
• Contribute to tax estimates (initial and revised projections).
• Prepare Annual Tax Returns for the Group and ensure timely submission of monthly tax installments.
• Assist in corporate secretarial tasks, auditor coordination, and regulatory compliance (e.g., transfer pricing reports, tax audits).
• Collaborate with external tax agents and auditors to ensure compliance and resolve queries.
• Handle indirect tax matters, including SST and GST reporting and compliance.
• Support Controlled Foreign Company (CFC) reporting for overseas jurisdictions.
• Ensure adherence to compliance requirements by implementing Group policies, conducting training, and monitoring processes.
• Proactively oversee employee health & safety initiatives to enhance workplace safety standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business needs.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a professional Certificate, Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Accountancy or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 years working experience in Corporate Tax or related field.
