Solution Consultant

Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Coordinate software implementation, onboarding, and deployment projects.
• Gather and document customer requirements and translate them into implementation activities.
• Configure solutions based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate UAT, data migration, API/integration, and deployment activities with technical teams.
• Conduct customer workshops, product demonstrations, and user training.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and implementation issues.
• Support go-live, post-implementation stabilization, and handover to Support/Customer Success.
• Prepare implementation documentation, user guides, and training materials.
• Identify customer pain points and recommend process improvements.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
• 2–3 years of experience in software implementation, SaaS deployment, customer onboarding, business analysis, or project coordination.
• Experience working on customer-facing software projects.
• Knowledge of software configuration, APIs, webhooks, system integration, and data migration.
• Strong communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
