Senior Service Sales Engineer (HVAC/Air-Conditioning)

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Job Descriptions:

• Manage and grow service sales revenue from existing HVAC customers, including maintenance contracts, repairs, retrofits, and upgrades.
• Proactively identify and develop new service sales opportunities to expand the customer base.
• Conduct site visits, assess customer requirements, and propose suitable HVAC service solutions.
• Prepare and present service quotations, proposals, and cost estimates.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, consultants, and end users.
• Coordinate closely with service, technical, and operations teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Track sales performance, forecast revenue, and prepare regular sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and service procedures.
